Returns

Products purchased from the Vaibagalerii online shop can be returned or replaced within 14 days as of receiving the product. You can deliver the product you wish to return or replace to the Vaibagalerii shop at Jõe 3, Tallinn, or send it with the logistics company.

When returning the product with the logistics company, you pay the postal fee for the return, we pay for shipping the product to you! The money for the returned products is transferred to your bank account promptly but no later than within 14 days as of receiving the notice of withdrawing from the contract.

1. Notify us of a return or replacement by e-mail vaip@virmeton.ee.

2. Upon returning, the destination of the product is Virmeton OÜ, Jõe 3 Tallinn 10151, telephone 6116595.

When the product has been delivered to us, we will send a confirmation thereof to your email address. In case of a replacement we will dispatch the new product as soon as we have received the product to be replaced. The new product will be shipped to you within a few days!

REMEMBER!

A product is not subject to return or replacement if:

1. it has been used in incorrect conditions of use

2. it has been maintained incorrectly and as a result the product has suffered mechanical damage (burns, cuts, tears, damage by chemicals etc.)

3. it bears signs of being used.

In all of the above instances, the product is returned to the sender and money is not returned.

The above information regarding replacements and returns applies only to natural persons (private individuals) who have made the purchase in our online shop.
